I'm guessing as to your question....
You've bought a new phone on July 4th, and have since received your monthly bill that's higher than normal?
Check the date on your bill, was it generated between the date your new phone was connected and now? If so - you'll have a part-months charges in arrears covering that period, followed by a complete months payment in advance.
