My bill Tryed to take more than it should off

Hi my bill was so high it’s made me over drawn now why was it 81 then trying to take 117 out it’s a joke

@Kristi2 , do you have any apps you are paying for either monthly or yearly that could be done via your account with EE? You need to look at the breakdown of your bill, that will show you what the extras are.

@Kristi2  Have you looked at the bill breakdown?  It’ll show what the extra charges are for.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
