My EE Contract is longer than I agreed to

ManalFaris

I signed up for a 12 month EE contract in January 2022 and it should be ending this month. However, when I checked my contract it’s down as 24 months.
I’m entirely certain I didn’t agree to this because I knew I’d be leaving the country at the end of 2022 and so it would not be useful to me.
Is there a way to terminate this contract as it was either miswritten or 24 months was chosen against my knowledge.

Why didn't you check your contract term at the beginning rather than waiting until now? 1st thing I would've have done is to check that what I got was what I signed up for.
