Multiple Times taken payment

Hi dear EE team

I want to complaint about the payment, I had to pay  185.83 pound. I tried 2 times by a call to 150, but it said it failed, And I also did payment by EE application, then it was successful. But when I intered to my bank account , it was taken 3 times. This occasion happened 26th june evening time with my mobile xxxxxxxxxxx. I have also prove of all 3 payment recipts. I want to get a refund of the extra 2 payments.

Hi @dilshodbek 

Welcome to the community.

Sometimes when a payment doesn't go through fully, it shows as a debit on your online banking, then as a credit just underneath.

If this isn't the case, and there are multiple debits, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into it for you.
