I am disconnecting one of my phone lines. I got a message saying my multi-line discount will be removed from the other lines.
Can I instead apply my NHS discount to those lines? I would have applied it at the start of the contracts if the multiline discount was not available.
Now that multi-line will be withdrawn, It just seems unfair that I cannot use the NHS discount I could have used at the start.

Welcome to the community.
The Perk/NHS discount cannot be used if you have other discounts on your account. They would have to be removed in order to add the NHS discount. The discount can only be applied at the point of connection/upgrade, or within the first 30 days of the new, eligible plan.
