Hi. In mid-July I moved my broadband, TV and mobiles to EE.
At that time I had 5 mobiles on a Family SIM deal. I migrated 4 to EE and cancelled the 5th SIM.
To cut a long story short I am still being billed for that 5th SIM. I have been assured four times that the SIM has been cancelled.
On my last called to BT I was told the SIM had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund for the extra month I had been charged. I didn’t receive a refund and instead have been billed for another month.
How can I stop this? Do I need to complain?
Many thanks
Marco

Hi. After yet another walk through the valley of death by hold music, without reply, I admitted defeat and decided to pay the ranson money to make it stop. Resistance is futile. I’m simply not strong enough

Morning @Marcoee
I am sorry you are still being billed for a number on BT you have requested to cancel.
To get this looked into, you would need to get back in touch with BT Customer Care and they will certainly help get this sorted.
If you would like to make a complaint, please see the Make a complaint | BT Help page for details.
Let me know how you get on.
Leanne.
