I signed up for broadband on 3rd May . The plan is called "All Rounder Full Fibre Gigabit" 24 month contract. I am currently with BT and my activation date for EE is 2nd June. I am going to be charged £83.99p per month when I start on 2nd June. This figure seems very high especially as I am a new customer. What should I do?

Good morning @martinleang.
Welcome to the EE Community!
When you registered for broadband, did it give you a breakdown of what was included in the package, along with the price?
This is one of our top packages with some of our highest speeds, but there should be cheaper options out there too.
What are you getting through BT too, and do you know if you're still in contract with them?

Thanks for your help. Problem sorted over the hone to EE sales team. Now have updated contract for gigabit full fibre at £41 a month instead of the £83 I was originally quoted.
Again many thanks for your help. Have a good day.
Best wishes
Martin
