Money taken from account - declined

Hi my money was debited last night and said you wanted more details - then I get an email today saying declined and there no sign of my money being returned. There’s no one to speak with it’s all automated so going around in circles. This isn’t on at all! Please contact me to tell me exactly when I will get my money back that you have taken without knowing if I was accepted or not first!!!! Poor customer service!

If the order has been declined, any pending payments will be back in your available balance within 7 working days.
