I have received a reminder text about paying my mobile bill today. I paid £175.30 on the 16th September. This is what I consider the amount due. But is not showing on Bills and Payments.
When you suspended by service on 9th September I was unable to use 360 to pay the outstanding amount. Therefore I was forced to use a premium number via your website. I consider this to be a a disgraceful abuse by customer service and I refuse to pay this exhortation.

It's possible that the balance hasn't updated on the account, but I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team, so we can check your account and balances due. In future, you can find a number to call from another phone on our get in touch help page. This is the number on there to call from another phone: 07953 966 150.
