Mobile contract length

Having looked on EE and receiving a strange email ,are EE adding longer contracts ? The email had a part saying 36 month term? Can anyone help ,is this going to be a choice when getting a new device?

What was the email address that the email came from? Could you post a bit about what that part of the email said?

I can’t find the email ,must have deleted it ,sorry. Thought it was strange . Maybe a scammer as it had a link which I wasn’t going to click on .

@Amanda1967 , have you checked your deleted folder to see if it is still there or have you already emptied your deleted folder?
