What happens if I sign up to 5g mobile broadband, but then find out the connection or speed is either poor or non existant? The EE coverage checker states it is available at my address but also shows I'm right on the edge of no coverage. Obviously I don't want to be stuck in a contract in that situation! Is there a cooling off period or something similar to allow for this scenario?

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

Do you receive 4G coverage?
If so, it would be perfectly normal for any 5G device/SIM combination to receive 4G anytime 5G isn't available - is there anything you want to use the device for, that 4G isn't sufficient?
