I WOULD LIKE TO SET UP A DIRECT DEBIT BUT EACH TIME I TRY I AM TOLD THAT THERE ARE OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS TO BE MADE ON THE ACCOUNT AND I SHOULD TRY LATER, HOWEVER THERE ARE NO OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS!
