Mobile bill

I was lead to believe if I took a new contract my old one was going to be took over, so I did then I got a bill for 25 which was my old contract then one for 55 for my iPhone 15 plus 45 for the SIM card that I thought was included so I now have a 125 bill have I been screwed

@Barney31   Sounds like you didn’t upgrade you just took out a new contract.  The old one is only replaced by the new one when you upgrade.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
