Mobile Phone Extra Charges

I have a SIM only 24 month contract with EE for my mobile phone. This months bill has a line item for 'Extra Charges' for 7.06. The bill does not describe the extra charges. How can I find out what the extra charges were? Thank you.

Look at the breakdown of your bill to see what you've been charged for.

That's the purpose of my question. The Bill doesn't have a breakdown of the extra charges. It just says extra charges and a subtotal.

If you scroll further down there should be an option to download your bill, and this will allow you to see the breakdown of these charges.

Perfect. That worked. Thank you. It's stupid that the downloaded version contains more info than the online version but I appreciate the help.
