Told the tablet was free but I think reading I could have got reduced plan. The staff at E were whispering, “ is that your third to day, pointing at tablet” . Before that they tried to sell me a sim. They to,d me these were the only ways to lower my phone plan

Just received a voicemail message, as I wasn't quick enough getting to the phone from the executive complaints department who will be calling back between 12 and 1,this was after filling out an on line complaints form yesterday stating that I would be taking this further,so I will keep you posted on the outcome.

Have just spoken to customer complaints and have been told that as all they have are the agreements that I signed I should go back to the store and speak to the manager to sit down and discuss my problem and if the outcome is not satisfactory to get back to them and it will be escalated to the ombudsman,but he hopes that it can be resolved in store,but I have my doubts but I'm not letting this go.

Hi, the exact same thing has happened to me, EE have told me to go back to the shop to complain. Were you given a full refund?

It's a con, so many people being conned EE need to put things right, I bought a new mobile and was told the tablet was part of the deal and came with the phone, lies I'm paying two bills when I was left to believe it wouldn't cost me to have the tablet I hardly look at. Shame on you EE. I'll be returning the tablet very soon.

Sorry to hear your Mobile & Tablet combined deal isn't how you were expecting it to be.
Did the guide explain the overall price will be as agreed, but the Mobile and tablet will show as two separate charges on the bill?
Was this taken over the phone or in store?
If you contact Customer Service the team will be able to look into this for you.
