Losing the will to live with EE.. Can't pay my bill over the phone or app

Called various numbers and given options 1 or 2... No matter what number I press the call goes dead. Tried the last few days. Also paid last month's bill then received a letter saying I'm due them £800 for my next months bill.. **bleep**

@Lokilha : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

@XRaySpeX  I cant as they want 13x my monthly charge in one payment. I cant call as the automated system is bugged and my app says my account is closed... Never had an issue with BT.

Are you able to try and give us a call from another phone, or pop into your nearest EE Store. Once you're able to get in touch, our Mobile Care team will be able to try and help you.

I have tried serveral numbers on both my Tesco Mobile Phone and landline phones, the automated system doesnt work, just hangs up.My app took ,e to online chat and had a chat with someone from mobile billing department. I've used online login in account on the EE website and it says my account is closed... Last moth I paid my full bill outright. Simce being moved over from BT in Feb/March time. I couldnt access app or online account, took two months to figure out you had my wrong Date of Birth, Email and mobile numbers... Now I cant do anything to pay my bill or get help.
