Hi im unable to contact ee by phone or sms text and need to pay a bill but my app has an error where it should show the bill and there is no live chat function i can I find on the app or online.

Have you checked under the help section of the EE app. (Message us).
There are many ways to pay your bill but direct debit is the best way. Please read here:

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details. Don't pay manually on or shortly after the billing date as your DD will be in motion.
