Linking My BT Mobile

Hello,

I currently have a mobile phone through BT. I am trying to link it to my EE account but it is saying that it can't be linked at the minute and to try again later. I have tried to link it a few times now at different days and times, just incase there is a problem with the website.

Welcome to the EE Community,

If you have a mobile through BT you will need to use MyBT & not MyEE.

You can't link any BT no. to an EE a/c.
