Hi I am short at my budget these days and I am not able to pay my bills

 I am looking to limit my calls ,message and  data

Contractually you have agreed to your monthly payments for at least the duration of your minimum term.

If you're in financial difficulties you should discuss those with CS ASAP.

You can't downgrade to a cheaper plan mid-term, but only in your upgrade window from 45 days before end of term.
