Was told on phone the unlimited sim that I wanted was a special price discount of £24 a month ,received the brand new sim and looked on my EE dashboard and it says £35 I’m getting charged every month .
@Fleabag1 and if you look at add-ons, does it show you’ve got an add-on for a discount. Your online account will show the true cost of any tariff even if you’ve got a discount as that is the true cost of the tariff
