Having been with EE since 2020 I am astonished as to how the customer service has become so much less than what it was! I was messed around last time I upgraded but decided to stay with them. This time I have been lied to; no contact made by customer reps when they said they would and finally the last straw my phone fails to arrive. I can’t deal with the mess of EE anymore!! Even trying to cancel my contract I have to wait up to 48 hours for someone to call me back! I’m done sorry EE your competitors work better!!

If you have ordered an upgrade phone and there's been a problem with the delivery, you will need to wait for that order to be returned before your account is reverted to its previous state and you can request disconnection or a PAC.

I spoke with Tracy yesterday agreed to wait the return of the phone but I am advised by DPD that the phone is lost so it may never be returned and I could be waiting forever! What happens now? I just wish to leave EE please I have spent far too much time dealing with this issue.
