Leaving EE

I am leaving EE. To be fair the product worked, however it was overpriced, this may be due to the (scam) scam transfer from BT. What I found impossible to rectify was the problem of not receiving bills or details and my monthly increasing regularly without prior notice. I stopped my direct debit a few days ago well after my last payment on 20/05/2026 my account ceases on 10/06:2026 and I have requested that they bill me for the period up to this date. Since I did this 4 days ago I have received a barrage of threatening notices.

@Andycam1 : Your last bill of about 10 May, which you've already paid by DD, will be for a month in advance, taking you up the 10 June. So you shouldn't have any more to pay
