Leaving EE

Hi, 
I really don't know where else to write this.
But someone might read it and relay to my frustration.
I have been with EE for years and I was more then happy with the service they provide...but for the last year or two everything went wrong....
- I can't pay online through browser PC/phone for plan/device there is always an issue, 'something went wrong' or 'can't display now' whatever it is.....it makes no difference what i use, ee app for android became completely useless...no matter how many times i uninstall it clear all the data nothing helps...
- I can't pay through the messages because 90% of the time it doesn't work and i get the message : 'Sorry something went wrong'..... or 'Sorry we didn't catch that....'
- This happens at all hours no matter what time i try...
- Maybe I lack a patience but I am sorry I do not have time to mess with this issue every day until it works which is very rare...
- Then i forget about it and that results in addidional fees being added to my bill...
- I tried every way possilble to try and resolve it with no result....
- And answer to suggestion why don't i set up direct debit is because i can't do that reason being vicious circle of - PAY BALANCE ON plan (if thanks to a miracle you manage to do that) -> PAY BALANCE ON device (here is where it's not working at all usually, but if i manage that then the page won't update the payment being processed even after a day..) -> meaning I CAN'T set up the DIRECT  DEBIT and by the time i remember or get reminded by ee via message that i have to pay again all this starts again!
- This was happening for a significant amount of time and I just can't deal with it...
- Want to leave EE including my wife...
If this happened once or twice fine...but this on regular basis as i said no matter the time of the day....
I keep paying overdue fees even was restricted once because of that and i just had enough... 

**btw the same issue is with wife's plan
***calling 150 and speaking to support did not help as i was told the DD was set/reset whatever....and it wasn't 

For the money being paid towards the services this is unacceptable....

@Kuzma  You can use THIS  to make a payment.   I would also speak with your bank about this because if EE are setting this up when you call and it’s not being taken it could possibly be an issue as the banks end.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just to add to @Chris_B's brilliant advice, I'd recommend heading to our Ways to pay your mobile bill to view all of the options you have for paying your bill.
