Leaving EE

So I recently left EE for another network. I noticed on the app I had to pay monies which I have paid but since making a payment I have received a further letter of an overdue balance with a different amount than hat I have already paid. On checking the app there is another over due payment for flex pay?! Which is another overdue amount?! Any ideas?! All the charges total to more than what I was paying a month. The network I have moved to had paid me out of my contract not sure what is going on?

Thank you

@NicTwin  Sounds like you took out a flex tariff where the airtime and phone are paid separately.  If you moved your number away before the minimum term of your Airtime contract you’ll be required to pay off the device contract, if you had moved your number away after the minimum term of your Airtime contract, you’ll then continue paying for the device contract for the remainder of that contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@NicTwin : If you've cancelled your airtime plan & transferred your no. away you have to pay off your Flexplay device plan completely.
