My contract end date is the 28th April 2023 and I no longer need a contract/phone as I now have a work phone. There is no way to cancel the contract on the app and i have been trying to cancel this since the beginning of april. Even though I have had this other device and plan through work I have kept this until the end of my contract any advise guys. I work nights so contacting them during the day is difficult.

@AidanNelson : If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract.
