Late Bill Payment & Reactivation Of Account

Hi there,

So I have paid a late payment morning of 22nd August and it's now 26th today and account still has yet to be reactivated. First time making a late payment.

Have tried to call EE but unable to get through. Any help pretty please 🙏 

I'm concerned as money has left my account, but still unable to use my phone!

Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Thank you 😊

Hi @JayW1985 

Welcome to the community. 

If you had paid enough to clear any outstanding balance, it would usually remove any restrictions within 24 hours.

If it is has been longer than that and you are still not up and running, you would need to speak to our billing guides so they can bring up your account and see what is happening.

 Hi There,
My account is: GB********. I have just received an email from you about late payment of a bill.
It sates that you will reapproach my account on the 11th Feb 26 for this payment, that will be fine, as we are having difficulty with our payments at the moment, due to something which went wrong in December 25. Don't know what happened, but it has thrown all our DD into chaos.
I apologise for this, but I am trying to find help in resolving this issue.
So this may happen again, so bare with me, if you can.
