I’m in the last month of my contract so am looking at an I phone 13 mini , with EE it’s £38 per month and with Sky it’s £27 a month, would EE be able to match it or do I leave and go to Sky?

There is no account access on this forum, you'll need to call CS on 150 for that. Also Sky is an O2-MVNO so make sure that O2's network performance is suitable in the locations you'll want to use your phone. EE does generally outperform them on a national level, although there will always be local variations.

Make sure the other offer is also on the same 24month basis as EE, many alternate providers use 36month terms.

Ss policy, EE don't offer any pricematch unless you're able to negotiate anything account-specific.
