Hi- I need a one off itemised bill for a previous month for a claim- is there any way I can obtain one even if I have to pay?

Without knowing what sort of claim this is, the closest you will get is a Subject Access Request of all your personal data - which will include some call logs.

No way, even if you buy Itemised Billing for £2.50 pm, it is not retrospective but will start at the next bill after you subscribe to it.
