Issues paying a bill this morning

It seems the there was some issues this morning when attempting to pay my bills via both the app and the website, It kept seeming to time out and not take payment.

I've eventually managed to have payment taken from my card but during the process the app seemed to freeze and not provide me with a payment confirmation. I've also checked my email I'm still yet to see that this payment has gone through successfully. I've checked my Junk inbox and it isn't their either.

Just wondering who I might be able to contact in order to get a payment confirmation and avoid potentially over paying or having late payment fee's added to my account?
