Issue with purchasing things with phone bill

I can no longer pay for in app purchasing via the PlayStation app anymore? When I try to do so it just says something went wrong. Been happining for months now phone bill gets paid religiously every month too what do can I do!!!!

@Ethanbutt1 : There’s a £40 limit per transaction and a £240 monthly limit.
