Issue speaking to contact centre

Hi is anyone else having issues trying to speak to upgrade team as I have tried to call  at different times and been on hold for nearly. 2 hrs each time. Does anyone else have alternative details of how to get to speak to team as they need to confirm some information

Is this for an order you placed online and have been asked to call us to discuss some details?

Yes it was, but it is ok as I got up early this morning to make sure called
at 8. So all sorted now thank you. It’s just frustrating when your asked to
call but can’t get through
