Welcome to the community,

You can either log-in via the EE App or log in via the website and find your bills by clicking on manage, and then billing and choose which ever one you want to look at, click on download and you will see all the costs of your bill.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

But your website doesn't work, it's not worked for months.
The kind lady at your customer service, put me back on paper billing because your website doesn't work. 
That's what these questions are asking; When are you going to fix your website so we can get our invoices?

I moved from BT Broadband early in the year to EE.  I have been an EE customer for many years and have received good service.  I was advised some months ago that there was an issue  with connecting the new Broadband account to the app and on the website.  THIS IS STILL AN ISSUE AND IS UNACCEPTABLE.  All I require is a copy of my monthly Broadband invoices.  I have neither the time nor the patience at present to sit on the phone waiting to speak to someone.

We don't have access to accounts on this forum to check over how things are set up, but if you're experiencing account trouble it's definitely something our team would aim to get resolved for you. 

At the time do you know if a ticket was raised to investigate things further, and when was it you last heard from someone?
