I need to download my last invoice but it says Sorry, something went wrong on our end.

Welcome to the community.
Please try to see if the same thing happens when you are logged in to the EE app and through the website, and check to see if there are any errors on previous bills.
If the app works, it is worth trying to clear the cookies and cache from your browser, and try another browser or device to see if that helps.
If the bill date is today, it is worth trying a little later or tomorrow in case the bill is not fully uploaded.
If you continue to see the same error, give our tech guides a call so they can look into this further.
