Insternational Call Charges

Can someone advise me, please, if EE will spread the unexpected international call charges across the remaining months of my contract or set up a payment plan for me? I wasn’t aware the calls would cost this much, and I’d really appreciate some guidance.

Any extra international call charges will be added to your next bill after you incurred them. There's no spreading unless you agree with CS a repayment plan if you are unable to pay your bill.

There are add-on bundles available if you're making regular international calls from the UK

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a add-on, for £2.50 pm for those on contract or free for some PAYG, that can be applied for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates.
