Increase my spending limit

Hi can you please help me increase my spending cap? The app EE is currently down.

I wanna increase my spending limit in app games but it keeps coming up reach limit why ?

Hello @Melionryan. 

I would recommend speaking with customer care regarding this. 

They will be able to check if EE have a limit on your account not just a spend cap.
