Incorrect charges

I purchased the unlimited data add on that was advertised for £10 per month and I have just been charged over £20 for it incorrectly. Could someone advise?

Hi Leanne, thank you for replying. 
It doesn’t show dates but it shows the charge for the unlimited data pass as being £21.84 but when I purchased it, it was £10. If it would have been £21.84 then I wouldn’t have purchased it, so I’m not too happy.
