In Credit

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I had some money left over from my pay so decided to make an extra payment on my bill.

Where does this money go? After loads of research I am still unsure as to what 'In Credit' means on my account.

Will my bill for next month be less now or what? Where does the money go?

Please respond like you are explaining to a 7 year old child lol.

Thank you

Any extra you pay in to your a/c will be used as credit against your next bill. It won't show on your a/c until the next bill.

Thanks for the reply,

Does this mean that the credit will be used for my next bill? So the money leaving my bank should be less than usual as it takes the credit instead?

Yes, that's correct.
