Hi I've had a IVA for nearly a year. I'm trying to upgrade but it won't let me . The IVA doesn't have any mobile phone debt . Even with a letter from the IVA apparently I can't upgrade. Is there anything I can do ?

Several factors are taken into consideration when upgrades are completed. Have you spoken with our team directly about your account and the best next steps?
