I was cut off by EE , and now I need to speak with an operator

I was cut off by EE , and now I need to speak with an operator but I am unable to do so because I need to reply a text message to enable a phone call with an operator but I cannot. Kindly fix asap please. Thank you

Hi @Naeyo 

If you’re experiencing financial difficulties and are unable pay, our teams are here to support you through difficult times. Have a look at our I Can't Pay My EE bill page for some things we can do to help and how to contact us. 

When calling, if you first select option 2 it will bypass the text message option and go straight through to customer service.
