@Smazzer119  Are you due an upgrade?  Until you’re within your upgrade period you can’t lower the cost.   The contract cost is for the agreed term including yearly price increases

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just to add to the the advice from @Chris_B, if you are past any minimum term you can save money by dropping down to SIM only. The best way to order your plan change is through the EE app or on our website at Upgrade | EE where you can look at the options available. 

Alternatively, you can call the upgrade team directly Contact Us | Upgrade | EE where a guide will be able to sort out the right plan and costs that match your needs.
