Did you add her phone to your account? If so, you're likely to have a pro rata period from the time in which you took the contract out, until the next bill date. Then, a charge for the month in advance as usual.

Welcome to the community,

If you are still within your minimum term, you would have to pay the rest of your contract off first, then choose a different monthly package.

If you have reached the minimum term or are 45 days before the end of your minimum term, then you can discuss your options with customer service.

I want to reduce my usage and payments.

But EE site is totalllllyyyy not helpfulll in this simple practice

@41Lagoon41  you can not lower your contact price unless you’re in your upgrade period.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
