This is sooooo frustrating. We don't have a fault on the line, but the line has dropped to about 8 feet over the road following the high winds. Our bin men had to physically lift it to get under it. It's dangerous and only a matter of time before someone hits it. I just need to speak to someone at EE. It's awful customer service if you don't have a 'standard' enquiry !!
