I am very sorry you have been charged for the Apple Watch plan after cancelling and now your service has been blocked for your mobile. 

To get the account looked into and to check for an update on your complaint, please try calling us from any phone on 0800 956 6000, the team will have full access to check what has happened and help get this sorted. 

Please let me know how you get on once you have spoken to the team.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@langston99 , we need more information in order to help you, we have no idea what you are writing about and why you believe EE has ‘’stolen’ your money. Did you have a contract with them and not paid or what? As they do not steal and are not a scam network, that is rich coming from you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I took out a contracted Apple Watch over 3 years ago. The Apple Watch was paid off over a year ago but I have still paid over £250 in payments when I did not need to. I’ve contacted EE twice about this and have been told I will now stop being charged. However since then I’ve been charged twice more, I made the last payment after being told to make one final payment and I will not be charged again. I was then charged again! I contacted EE and told them I would not make another payment for an item that is paid off, baring in mind there has been no calls, texts or data used on the watch. And I’ve already paid £250 more than I should have! I told them I would pay for my phone contract and that was all and they told me they would open an official complaint. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing back and they have suspended my phone contract even though that has been paid for!
I have been with EE for 6 years on phone and broadband plans so I can speak on EE rather well and have found in the last 2 years the service is awful. Good luck trying to speak to anyone these days you used to be able to very easily ring and get problems resolved. It’s almost like how when I upgraded my wifi they tried to double charge me for 2 months and it’s only because I chased them for it I managed to get a refund
