Can you help please? I have a sim only with EE and my phone has just died.

I've tried buying a new contract with EE but i need a security code.....which goes to my dead phone in order to buy a new phone. I can't call anyone for help because the dead phone is the only phone i have!

I have no idea where to start but my business is suffering as a result. Now 4 days without a phone because, unfortunately you cant move forward without one it seems.

Sorry, it isn't possible to upgrade online if you aren't able to receive a security code.

You can upgrade in any EE Store if you take along some photo ID.

Hi James,

Thanks for your message. Yes, i went in today but they for some reason couldn't give me the same deal as online, even though I had ID and they had access to my account details.

It will probably be easier to change providers as i'm in urgent need of a new phone now.

I'm sorry to hear the store wasn't able to match a deal you had seen online @rwie330 

It's unusual for any plan available in our online shop to not be available in store.
