I still receive my bill notifications on my old email address

I’ve updated my account email address and my preferred contact email address in my profile yet I’m still receiving my email notifications (such as notices that I have a new bill) at my old email address. How can I get EE to send all my notifications to my new email address?

@paularman  Is that on your online EE account or this forum? 

Sorry, it is my online EE account. This forum seems to work ok.
