I ordered a EE Sim card monthly

I Ordered the Sim card last week and it’s not turned up. I’ve had no information sent from you. It’s out of order. I need this EE card ASAP. Had it sent to a shop but I had no email to say it’s there. It ukbestdeals@hotmail.com I tried phoning, but I don’t have a phone number to give them to get to speak to someone so can you not put a phone number so go straight through thank you

As this wasn't purchased directly through EE, you'll need to double check the contact details for where you've ordered this from. 

Which shop did you request this sent to? Have you tried to get in touch with the store to see if anything has arrived for you yet?
