I need sim unlimited for Internet

I have got 2 Internet boxes but I use only one as other wasn't working properly. However, I still pay for both sim cards .At ee shop I been advised to cancel both boxes contract and start a new contract with unlimited sim. Your suggestion?

@Andrewjohn123 You’ll need to pay off the remaining term of the contracts if you terminate them. Why do you have 2 boxes on contract and one doesn’t work, you do have a warranty on this.

Are they 4g WiFi mini’s and are you within 2 years of your contracts? The devices have a 24month warranty, so contact the relevant department via 150 and they will be able to sort you out 👌👌
