I have x2 phone with EE

I want to terminate the contract and have the PAC numbers for the x2 phones also, I am trying to unlock the phones and this is proving impossible for 3 months ...really EE.... my account sounds me round in circles.

this is outrageous and a flagrant attempt to keep customers making it near enough impossible for people to leave even when the contract has come to an end.

so I need to know whether both phones are unlocked as your IMEI insert is not working on your site and hsant done for sometime.....I oulw also like the PAC codes.

also I would like to terminate the x2 contracts obviously....

Hi @rangerstuart.

 

Have you tried texting UNLOCK to 150 to check if your phone is locked?

 

You can also text PAC to 65075 to get your PAC.

You can't give cancellation notice and also request PACs. The two are mutually exclusive methods of disconnecting.

If you request and then use PACs, that will serve as disconnection.

I am having the same issue vvvvv poor service

i have the sam eissue when being directed to the unlock page online it comes back with the message a problem our end ,,,, been having this for 2 months.... what is going on!!!!!!!! EE    this isnt good enough

eventually go tthe pac code but now found that the x2 phones are locked to EE..... th eunlock easy to use page does not work at all   it keeps saying fault our end... this seems to be the case for a LONG time,,,,, how do i unock the phone please EE

If the online unlock form is not working for you, please call us on 150 or 0800 079 8586 and the team will be happy to help you get the phones unlocked.
