Hi, I paid my bill via online baking to the Ee account details they have written but my services are still suspended. I couldn't with my card because it had been hacked in to and is barred now so I can't use it. I paid from my account to ee instead.
Why is it still barred? I need to be able to use my phone again. Any advice would be helpful.

There's no access to individual customer accounts on this internet forum, I'd advise you to call EE C/S on 0800 0798586 from any working phone - they are best placed to advise further.
