I can`t access my invoices on my online account

Thanks for coming to the community.

What is happening when you are trying to access your invoices? Do you see an error message?

Have you tried in the EE app and the website?

Are you able to view other account details?

I am also having a problem, for 2 days now, accessing my invoices on my account.  I'm going through the website and can access all other details.  Just when it says view bill or download bill, it won't do it.  It just takes me to the bottom of the page.  I've tried through billing and subscriptions and also from view latest bill on the home page.  No joy on either.  Thanks

Thanks for replying.

There is no error message.j

It is the same on the app.

I can view some other details, when I try to access my billing information and specifically my invoices the webpage defaults to the home page, (the bottom of any page showing company details.

Can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser to see if the same thing happens? If possible, are you able to try another browser or device?

Is it for a business account?

Thank you.  I'll try all those options.  I'm using Microsoft Edge.  I'll clear all caches etc and go through another browser. Many thanks

Hi Michael,

I have already tried on a different device.

And, yes it is for a business account, my accountant needs the invoices for my VAT return.

If the same thing is happening in another browser, I'd recommend getting in touch with our business team so they can bring up your account to have a look into this further for you.
